We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not issue refunds for damages that are a result of normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is to be expected with the use of any product, and it is not considered a manufacturing defect. If you have any questions about what constitutes normal wear and tear, please contact us for clarification.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product within 6 months of purchase, subject to proof of purchase and availability of the product. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us for further assistance.
Please note that we reserve the right to determine whether a problem is due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear. To be considered a manufacturing defect, the product must not show signs of wear and tear and must not have been worn repeatedly.
Given the nature of our operations, we often find physical returns unnecessary. After discussing your concern, you may be advised to keep the product. There might be certain situations where our usual return protocol might not apply. In these scenarios, we’ll work together to arrive at a solution that’s based on mutual agreement. Once a refund has been approved, it’s initiated without delay. However, please be patient as it might take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refunded amount in your account. Your peace of mind is important to us. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF AN ORDER
To ensure a seamless cancellation, please notify us before your order’s status changes to “processed”. It’s important to note that the ability to cancel your order depends on whether it has been processed by the time we read your email. We cannot be held responsible if we have not seen your email before your order is processed. For immediate assistance, contact us at email@example.com. Upon successful cancellation, we will process a full refund to your original payment method without any deductions.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or credit store.
ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST DURING DELIVERY
If your order is in progress, you may only cancel it and request a refund under the following conditions: if the package has been lost, if there has been no update for an extended period of time, or if the delivery time has exceeded the promised timeframe. In all other instances, we kindly ask that you wait for the order to be delivered and then initiate the return process by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship your order to the corrected address at our own expense. However, if this occurs a second time on the same order, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost. As we ship from overseas, we are unable to cancel your order and provide a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must receive the order and schedule a return by contacting us at email@example.com.
We kindly ask that you do not refuse your package, as we ship from abroad. If you desire a refund, kindly accept the package and then schedule a return or exchange. If, however, you reject the delivery, we regret to inform you that a refund will not be possible. Our only option in such a case would be to provide you with a new delivery.
