OUR SLIDES

Our products are unisex, however our current sizing is limited to a size 10. We're working on increasing our range of sizing.

They fit well but you should bear in mind that sizes are grouped 2 by 2, for example, a UK 5 and a UK 6 will have the same pair: a pair in size EU 38-39. Look at the size chart to make sure you get the right size. If you are a half size and we don’t have your available, please size up. If you remain unsure, we built a shoe size metre for you to use in A4 format. Print the page and follow the instructions available on the document.

According to the majority of our customers, our slides are the most comfortable they have ever worn.

Yes, you can wear them in any condition. Wear them at the beach, inside, in the shower, on a walk etc.

Yes, the Bjorgk Slides fit wide feet.

Bjorgk Slides are made of EVA, for soft compression, comfort and durability.

The EVA material we use is designed to break in over time, they are supposed to be stiff right when you get them. If you want to skip the “break in” period, then soak them in warm-hot water for 30 minutes.

OUR SOCKS

Our socks are warm and stylish, with a Nordic pattern. They are unisex and feature strategic zone cushioning for added comfort.

Our socks are available in two sizes: medium (2-6 UK size) and large (7-10 UK size).

Our socks are made of 70% Polyester, 15% Acrylic, 6% Viscose, 5% Nylon, 3% Wool, and 1% Spandex.

Yes, our socks can be machine washed at no more than 30°C. However, they should never be put in the dryer or ironed.

PAYMENT

Here's why:

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also offer payment in instalments via our partner Clearpay. We also accept payment by Apple Pay.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@bjorgk.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

To cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible before the order's status changes to "processed". Contact us at info@bjorgk.com. Keep in mind that the ability to cancel your order depends on whether it has been processed by the time we read your email. We cannot guarantee cancellation if we have not seen your email before your order is processed. If your cancellation is successful, we will process a full refund to your original payment method without any deductions.

If you notice a mistake or wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bjorgk.com. Modifications are subject to whether the order's status has transitioned to "processed". Once the order has been processed, changes can no longer be made, and we cannot be held responsible if we have not seen your email before the order is processed.

For information on our delivery times, please see our shipping policy. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

We deliver all over the world. However, if your area is too remote and shipping would be impossible or too expensive, we may have to cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Our head office, design team, marketing team and product deployment team are based in United Kingdom. Our manufacturer and warehouse are in Asia so that we can offer you the best value for money, we take care of the working conditions in our factory and the materials are carefully selected. We have amazing feedback on our product, and if you don’t like it we have a forgiving return policy. When you order, all taxes are included in the price.

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. RETURNS

Given the nature of our operations, physical returns are typically unnecessary. If you have concerns or issues with the product you received, please contact us at info@bjorgk.com. After discussing your concern, you may be advised to keep the product. However, there are certain situations where a return might be necessary based on mutual agreement. Please note that sending items back without prior consultation with us won't be accepted.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you have concerns or issues with the item(s) you've received, please contact us at info@bjorgk.com. Provide clear pictures of any issues, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you've received a damaged or incorrect product, get in touch with us immediately at info@bjorgk.com. Please provide clear pictures of the damaged or faulty item. Once we verify the issue, we will work with you to offer a suitable replacement or a refund, based on the situation.
