Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
In short
- We collect the information we need to process your orders, deliver them and look after you as a customer.
- We only send you marketing emails if you’ve agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Card payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- You can ask us about your data at any time: info@bjorgk.com.
1. Who we are
Bjorgk is operated by ECPRO BRAND LTD (Companies House no. 13017691), International House, 12 Constance Street, London E16 2DQ. We are responsible (as the “data controller”) for the personal information you share with us on bjorgk.com.
2. Personal information we collect
When you buy from us, we collect the information you give us to complete your order, such as your name, delivery and billing address, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.
When you browse our website, we automatically receive information such as your IP address and details about your device and browser. We also use cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).
Marketing emails: with your permission, we may send you emails about our shop, new products, offers and other updates.
Messages you send us: if you email us or use our contact form, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you.
3. Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you give us personal information to complete a purchase, arrange a delivery or return an item, we use it for that purpose.
If we ask for your personal information for any other reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent or give you the chance to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If you change your mind, you can withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time by emailing info@bjorgk.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any of them.
4. Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to by law, or if you break our Terms and Conditions.
5. Our platform and payments
Our online shop runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, and our website is hosted by Kinsta on secure servers.
Card and wallet payments (such as Apple Pay) are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal. Your payment details go directly to them over an encrypted connection. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe and PayPal handle your payment information under their own privacy policies, and in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
6. Third-party service providers
We use trusted service providers to run our business. They only receive the information they need to provide their services to us. They include:
- our production partner and the couriers who prepare and deliver your order (such as Evri and Royal Mail);
- our UK returns handling provider (Mailboxuk.com Limited, York), which receives returned parcels for us and so sees the sender’s name and address on the parcel;
- an address look-up service (Google), which suggests your address as you type it at checkout;
- payment providers (Stripe and PayPal);
- website hosting, security and order-tracking services (for example, our order-tracking provider receives your tracking number and order details, such as your name, email address and delivery address, so your parcel can be tracked);
- review services, to ask for and publish product reviews;
- email services, for order emails and, if you’ve agreed, marketing emails (Klaviyo);
- customer service tools, to manage your messages;
- analytics and advertising services (such as Google and Meta), which help us understand how our website is used and measure and improve our advertising. They may receive information about your visits and purchases on our website, sometimes including your email address or phone number in a coded (hashed) form, so they can match it to their own users.
Some of these providers are based in, or store information, outside the UK. Their own privacy policies explain how they handle your information, and we recommend you read them.

7. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies, which make the website work, for example to remember what’s in your basket, keep checkout secure and help prevent fraud;
- Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it (for example Google Analytics and WordPress.com statistics);
- Marketing cookies, which help us measure and improve our advertising and remember where a visit came from (for example Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo and our affiliate programme).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the website, such as your basket and checkout, may not work. Our Cookie Policy gives more detail.
8. Security and how long we keep your information
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed inappropriately.
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Payments are handled by our payment providers, as described in section 5. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
9. Children
Our website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please check it regularly. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. If we make material changes, we will update this page so that you know what information we collect, how we use it and when we disclose it.
If our business is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
11. Questions and contact
If you would like to access, correct, update or delete any personal information we hold about you, make a complaint or simply find out more, email us at info@bjorgk.com.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
